The company has been formed by our Founder Late Shri. A. M. Badageri, who being a Mechanical Engineering graduate and post graduate in Foundry Engineering with expertise in Aluminum Gravity Die Casting and Non Ferrous Field. Our Managing director Mr. N. A. Badageri, who is a mechanical engineering graduate and has a degree in Business Administration, has an experience of around 28 years in this field. UMPL is the latest addition to their existing two companies viz M/S Universal Metallurgicals, which was established in 1997 and M/S Geet Enterprises established in 1991. UMPL has been established in May - 2006, mainly catering to Electric motor and Alternator manufacturing industry and also to automobile customers Our specialty is we have three Tilting gravity die casting machines capable of manufacturing castings weighing up to 60 Kg. We have helped our customers in converting many of their components from sand casting to gravity die casting hereby improving surface finish and reducing weight. The cost reduction has helped in paying back the cost of the die within a short period. We are one of the Biggest Aluminum Foundry in India manufacturing stator bodies of Electric motor and Alternators by Tilting (Durville) process. We also manufacture components for Power Tools, Pneumatic equipments, Fans and Fan blades up to 1600 mm diameter. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturer of ALUMINIUM ALLOY CASTINGS. Installed production capacity is up to 150 metric tones per month. We have variable product range from 15 g to 54 Kg (weight wise).
